Machine and process development

EB technology requires specific preparation in terms of engineering. We act as partners to our customers and advise them on the selection of materials and the design of components compatible with the overall system. Together with the customer we develop the ideal concept for a processing machine.

Training

As part of the overall project we provide thorough training aimed at developing understanding and knowledge about electron beam technology procedures among our customers’ maintenance and operating personnel. The quality of our systems and personnel trained to work on them ensure a high degree of availability and the best quality of products.

After-sales service

Our commitment does not end after delivery and the commissioning process. Instead we offer a comprehensive service during the entire working life of our systems in order to maximise your productivity and minimise your operating costs. Our service is based on practice and is even able to take care of and update systems that have been in operation for over 30 years.
